FOERSTER and MP launch new products
From 7 to 10 May, Messe Stuttgart was once again all about quality assurance. With over 27,000 visitors and 871 exhibitors, Control is still one of the world's leading trade fairs in this field. This year's focus was primarily on networking and digitization in quality assurance as well as image processing. These challenges are also addressed by FOERSTER and its subsidiary Magnetische Pruefanlagen GmbH (MP) with the new STATOGRAPH CM+ crack detection system and the STATOVISION software.
FOERSTER's open and informative stand invited visitors to discover the new testing equipment. The STATOGRAPH CM+ and the STATOVISION software were shown in action at several stations. Visitors could try out for themselves which settings have to be selected in order to achieve an optimum test result. It was shown that this can be achieved quickly and intuitively with the new test devices. A perforated brake disc was also used to demonstrate live how the STATOVISION software can mask interfering contours in order to find cracks directly at the holes. The new animation of the STATOGRAPH CM+ was an additional highlight at the booth to visually accompany the product launch.
At the various stations, there was a lively flow of visitors every day, which was particularly gratifying for the new managing director of Magnetische Pruefanlagen GmbH, Christoph Schanz. The colleagues from MP were in a lively exchange with the visitors over four days and were able to have many interesting conversations. We are already looking forward to seeing familiar and new visitors again at Control 2020.
